Meditation for inner calmness and balanced emotions

5-10 minutes per day is what i do to begin with and will take longer to see results than if you do a bit more so its up to you how much time you spend on meditating per day. But to begin with 5-10 minutes is fine. I tend to skip on weekends because i do not find or have an calm space or room to do it does days of the week. will move to a bigger place eventually and then i will also increase my time in meditative silence. I do this after my morning walk. What i have find out by doing meditation is that i do get inner calmness and balance in my emotions, meaning that there is not many ups and downs but steady straight line, balance.
If you exercise your concentration follow that up with meditation (remember this). This is speaking from experience. Also wrote about this in the earlier post about concentration. If your guys are interested in more details concerning this? Feel free to write to me.

What do i work with?

I have done online marketing on the side since about 2010. Then my "normal" 9-5 job ended in 2015 where i worked for 6,5 years plus 3 summers before that. The same day i ended there i also started my own online company. So since summer 2015 to this spring 2018 i had my own business. Started good but found myself not so active anyway after a while and where doing other stuff. So decided to quit that company because i did not make enough income with that so was best to end it. Now i am starting again (without starting new company yet) and will do sort of comeback and new beginning with new motivation and fire to succeed even more than before.
Now i have something that works within the online marketing space and high ticket sales is the thing i aiming at. But first and uppermost i wanted to bring some value and with that hopefully help some people get on their way to success. So if you want to work with me just write me! I will write another post about that very soon.

Right mindset for the day..

I read somewhere that one should think of mindset as an voice in your head?! I believe that is very correct. As this controls the way you are talking to your self in your own mind, the inner talk that is going on. And if you think about it, what what are the dominating thoughts in your head? Are they positive or negative? Keep attention and be aware of your thoughts and go from there. So having a growth mindset is key. Yes i can do this i am willing to learn! Instead of hmm i do not know if i can do this maybe later. when the negative voice is there to destroy whatever you have going on, try to remind and talk back with a positive one and remember to do so to make the rewire in your brain. When you have the positive mind going act and take action on those thoughts. You will be rewarded with time.


Other routines like morning walks..

Every morning after taking the kid to school i'll go out for an walk with the dog. This i really like and sometimes feel that i could even take a longer walk than i do but i only keep it to about 30 minutes. As i work in front of my laptop every day i spend most of my days inside, so it's important to have an routine like this and get some fresh air. And then an shorter 15 minute walk with the dog in the evening as well. Mostly keep to the same route for a month or so then i change it for another to not get to bored. Morning jogging is also great and that is something i have in mind for near future but i'll write about that when i am doing it. So take that walk and get some fresh air, you feel better when you do!


Early start and breakfast..

Yes an early start in the day seems to be the best even if i consider myself to be an night owl. So how is that working for me then?? Well, it don't! Now if you have work to be done the best way is to change this pattern and just go up early (for me 6:30 am) but even earlier is sometime better for me. But that also means that one has to go to sleep pretty early in the evening. Like 11 pm to get enough sleep. This has been a bit of struggle but with time it does work. Seem to have the best kind of focus in the early morning. Then later in the morning like from 10 am getting more tired until 2 pm then more awake again and so on.
Steady breakfast but if you can't you can't but at least drink some water. For me i make some porridge for me and my son and 2 cups of coffe or mugs that is. Now about 10:30 am here and i am all ready on my 4th mug of coffe. Next post will be about other morning routines.

Increase your concentration span

There are lots of different  ways to increase your focus but all ready to set up your time with breaks every 20-30 minutes (mentioned in earlier post) will make your focus way better.
Start with sitting in a chair with straight back and sty to sit completely still for 5 minutes! Believe me not everybody can do this so well. Do this for 30 days or until you can sit completely still. Then you can increase the time to sit for 10 minutes. After doing this and you are able to do this at ease it is time for the next step in increasing your concentration span.

..Means plenty of breaks

Yes plenty of breaks,, this increases the effectivity of your work and focus time. It is studied that 20 min work should be followed with a short brake for example 5 minutes. For me i have change it a bit and i do 30 minutes and then a break of 5 minutes. This so that i feel focused and alert at all times! Nope do not drink coffe every 5 minutes that would be alot more than 12 mugs per day with my work hours. But about every 1,5 hours i do make coffe. That means that it will be a longer pause and then i could increase the working time after the longer break those times. But instead i do the same 30 minutes even if the pause will go as far as 15 minutes. At least in the begining i would do this, why?? Well beacuse its best to start as simple as possible in the begining when you start a new rutine. But of course this is totally up to you. And everybody will find their own little thing that works for them. For me, i have always been experimenting and trying different things to see how it affect me and what will work the best for me, so the same goes for all.
Well this was another kind of break, but why not!

Plenty of coffe to boost your working day

Yes for sure! Why not? ⛾
Well i drink more than plenty comparing to most i know, i think. But i do know that my old farmer friends from back in the days do drink often but i still think i drink more. Not to make it a competition or anything like that but a bit of funny when thinking of it. I believe (not counted) that i drink about 12 mugs per day! That is at least 2L coffe per day.
Not saying that everyone should go for that amount of coffe per day but can as easily be another kind of drink like tea or juice. But remember to take plenty of breaks during the day and i will take more about that in another post. One does not need to drink or eat anything if you do not feel like it but for me it works well and at least some water is recommended. So grab a coffe and do your thing! 😉

Comeback plus Giveaway

Started in 2015 with another blog platform (weebly) but found myself restricted because i could not do everything that i wanted there. So i paused but the break became way longer than i thought was possible! Met my Girlfriend in 2016 and with that a family of 3 with a dog and cat. timed passed by and i almost forgot about my online marketing and my writing space.
